Dorra Kabani

Dorra Kabani is a member of the Tunisian Bar since 2010. She obtained her Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Montreal in 2010. Dorra advises and represents Tunisian and foreign clients in litigation and pre-litigation proceedings before commercial, civil, tax and labour courts. She deals with a wide range of commercial, contract, corporate, tax and labour law matters. She also advises on intellectual property matters. Dorra regularly participates in international seminars on businesses law, mediation, taxation and employment. She has contributed to the enhancement and clarification of texts relating to the TVA. Dorra is a member of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA) and member of the Legal Team of Valenti Consulting since 2024.
