Pablo Fanelli

Contract & Claims Manager and ADR consultant in the Construction Industry

Pablo is a civil engineer specialised in contract & claims management and alternative dispute resolution in the construction industry. Graduated from both University "Nacional del Sur" of Bahía Blanca (Buenos Aires) and University "La Sapienza" of Rome in Civil Engineering, he later achieves an MBA in International Business Administration from AUEB (Athens University of Economics and Business) accredited by AMBA. He is a Fellow of the CIArb (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators), a member of the DRBF (Dispute Resolution Board Foundation) and a member of the Dispute Board Commission of the CEIA (Club Español e Iberoamericano de Arbitraje). Furthermore, he has extensive, cross-cultural working experience in civil infrastructure and complex building projects, working as an in-house contract and claims manager from both the contractor's and the client's side for top construction companies in eight different countries. He also has experience working in pre-arbitral negotiations and ad-hoc arbitral proceedings. Pablo has been part of the Valenti Legal and Business professional Network since 2023.
