LEGAL/ Transnational Litigations: UNIBO Ravenna Summer School on Transnational Litigations
RAVENNA (ITALY) In its fifth edition now, this year's Ravenna Summer School on Transnational Litigations (organised by the Department of Juridical Sciences of the University of Bologna) focused on two topics of crucial and current interest: transnational litigations and, for the first time, international arbitration as a fundamental tool for the rapid and efficient resolution of disputes.
Over the course of an intense week of study, discussion and dynamic workshops, lawyers, students and practitioners from various parts of the world had the opportunity to delve into several key issues for those working in this area of law, such as Climate Change, Maritime Private International Law, Transports Law by Air, U.S. Court Jurisdiction, International Arbitration, just to name a few.
Valenti Legal and Business Consulting, which has always supported arbitration as a strategic alternative dispute resolution method, was present with its founder Daniela Valenti.
