MEET THE TEAM: Sergio Fontana officially joins the Legal Team of Valenti Consulting

VERONA - MODENA (ITALY) Italian Mediator Sergio Fontana officially joins Valenti Consulting's Legal Team.

Sergio is a civil and commercial mediator, certified both in Italy (registered in the Register of Mediators of the Ministry of Grace and Justice) and abroad (CEDR - IMI), and is in charge of the Modena office of the InMedio Mediation Body.

With more than 15 years of experience in mediation throughout the country and abroad, Sergio knows the tools to best handle civil disputes of all kinds, with particular focus on inheritance, property divisions, real rights in general, medical liability and others.

The new professional partnership between Valenti Consulting and InMedio stems from the fortunate meeting and immediate synergy created in London in April 2024 between Sergio Fontana and Daniela Valenti, as part of the annual congress organized by the UIA (International Association of Lawyers) on international mediation.
